The party you've been studying for.
Grad Bash is a final celebration for the graduating Seniors of Brigham Young University. Every year, the branding leans into trends to appeal to that year's graduating class. Inspired by programs like Spotify Wrapped or YouTube Rewind, this year we wanted to look back at the past four years and celebrate all the ways the student body has lived on campus.
I began exploring dynamic and colorful directions full of gradients, repeating elements, and bold shapes. Leaning into the theme of graduation, this manifested in shapes like caps, tassels, and the number 25 representing this year's graduating class.

Connecting with the Graduates
The first point of contact for Grad Bash is at Grad Fair, the time when all graduating students come by to purchase their cap and gown. The first poster they see walking in should grab their attention and inform them about the event so I spent some time adapting the explorations for a big poster and small flyers.
In addition to the print materials, I also created different motion posters that are displayed on televisions across campus and in email marketing.

A Central Site for the Fun
Grad Bash has lots of information that's changing and it needed a central hub for that info. Enter: the experience website. While it did hold the check-in and schedule details, it also served as the place where seniors could watch The Wrap-Up, a fun summary of your stats from your time in college.
Event Experience
The Big Night
The event wouldn't be complete without some more signage to help direct the guests and set the vibe. I created digital assets that would play on the stadium billboards and print assets for event signage throughout the stadium.
It was also my pleasure to attend the event myself and celebrate graduating surrounded with my friends and coworkers.
